SVdP Focuses on Preventing Homelessness
St. Vincent de Paul (SVdP) Appleton focuses on alleviating poverty and promoting systemic change in our community by providing our neighbors with resources they need to transform into thriving individuals and families. We also work towards preventing homelessness. Whether it's by providing store vouchers, gas cards, or rent assistance, we help our community members so they can maintain housing. We are committed to helping our neighbors in need and building a stronger community, but we need your support!

Maria knows full well how difficult it is to be a single mom living paycheck to paycheck. “That’s why I have been giving to St Vincent de Paul every month for over 5 years. What you do is so important in the community!” Maria references her monthly giving amount with modesty while we celebrate the dedicated part she plays in the mission of St Vincent de Paul Society of Appleton as our home visit volunteers strive to keep people housed through our homelessness prevention program!
